Lectrure on Public Transport

The Iraqi Australian Christian Association will hold a Lecture in “The Public Transport Information and Priority System (PTIPS) - Intelligent Transport in Action” Dr Engineer Ghassan Haddad. Dr Ghassan Haddad has been working with RTA for over ten years in designing, developing, testing and evaluating PTIPS. This is part of a bigger initiative by the RTA to promote public transport by providing better, more reliable transport services to the people of NSW.

 The aim of this lecture is to assist our community members to have a better understanding of the public transport and associated transport services.

 It is anticipated that the lecture will take 45 to 60 minutes followed by a social function which includes BINGO game.

 When: Friday the 10th of September 2010 commencing at 7:30 pm

 Lidcombe

 Please bring a plate as part of the social function.

 IACA will provide soft drinks, tea, coffee and disposable cutlery.
